    Chief Executive Officer

    Pam, CEO and Founder of Central Point Partners, started the business in 2012 with the goal to build a national, People-First staffing and recruiting company. With over 20 years of experience, Pam has deep expertise in delivering comprehensive Staffing, IT Consulting and Talent Management solutions for clients large and small.

  • Constance Bellisari

    President of Permanent Placement

    Constance, President of Permanent Placement partnered with Central Point Partners in 2021 to build out a new division within CPP. She is heading up permanent placement in healthcare, managed care, executive search, finance, IT and Engineering and the restaurant industry. She brings 9 years of recruiting and account management with a successful professional history and proven track record focused on attaining, exceeding and delivering unprecedented results. Constance also brings 17 years of business leadership experience serving as the CEO for W.G. Grinders, a quick-serve national franchise organization. She is passionate about working with clients to develop and manage goals, expectations, and strategies with a concentrated focus on finding the right long-term candidates.

  • Frank Pacetta Sr

    Frank is a consultant and business advisor with over 30 years of experience in Executive Leadership and Sales. As a keynote speaker and advisor, he has worked to inspire companies such as Verizon, Nationwide Insurance, Kodak, and Wells Fargo. Frank is the former president of ComDoc South and author of the best-selling motivational leadership books Don’t Fire Them, Fire Them Up! and Stop Whining and Start Winning, which focus on inspiring people and businesses to get to “Next Level Performance.”

  • Jeff Sopp

    Jeff is the chairman and CEO of Kensington Hill Partners, a firm which specializes in Board Advisory Services, Business Consulting and Equity Investments. Jeff has been a member of our Board of Directors since 2012. 

  • Jordan A. Miller, Jr

    Jordan is a business and community advisor and currently resides in Columbus, Ohio. He is a leader in the Columbus community and serves on several boards and fundraising initiatives. Prior to retiring, he was the regional chairman at Fifth Third Bank of Central Ohio and an advisory board member.

  • Cindi Englefield

    Cindi owns Englefield Business Advisors, LLC, where she helps small business owners startup, grow, right-size, or prepare to sell their businesses. She started and grew her own educational publishing business over 20 years until she sold the business in 2011. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration where she majored in Marketing. Her passion is for solving the challenges of business.  She attributes her success to being a member of organizations like Women Presidents’ Organization and National Association of Women Business Owners, as well as having many strong advisors. Cindi believes in philanthropy and is a board member and involved with many non-profits like the Healthy LifeStars® and the Women’s Small Business Accelerator. She was selected to be on the Columbus Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council.  And, she is an Angel Investor. She enjoys golf, fishing, arts and crafts, reading, hiking, and horseback riding. She and Dave live in Dublin, Ohio to be close to their combined five children and their families and spend the cold winter months in Scottsdale, Arizona with their yellow Labrador retriever, Zelda.

  • Michael BlankenBecler

    Mike was a Shareholder, Director, and President of the firm BlankenBecler Advisors, Inc. prior to merging the Columbus-based firm with PW Partners, LLC. He has been a CPA since 1982, and in 1984 founded the accounting firm that evolved to become BlankenBecler Advisors. As the President, Mike was actively involved in the overall management of the firm and primarily responsible for managing the strategic core systems that maintain the high standards of quality that the firm is so very proud of. In addition, he was responsible for the firm's knowledge-based and technological resources.
